Cassandra is passionate about getting the best outcome for her clients. Cassandra takes a very client focused approach to practice and is very caring and compassionate with all of her clients. Cassandra has appeared on behalf of clients in the Family Court of Western Australia, The Magistrates Court, The District Court, The Supreme Court, The Federal Circuit Court of Australia and The Children’s Court.

Cassandra graduated from Murdoch University with a bachelor of laws and a bachelor of Arts in Psychology She is currently undertaking her Masters in Family Law, completing her research thesis at Murdoch University.

Prior to establishing Joss Legal, Cassandra worked for a premier family law firm, on a wide range of matters, including complex property and parenting matters.

Cassandra also has experience working in general practice in a wide range of law, giving her very diverse legal knowledge.

Cassandra is actively involved in the community which includes volunteering her time as a coach for her local netball club.
